Matsuya Ginza quietly lowered its shutters as usual.

The glittering sales floor was wrapped in darkness, and silence spread throughout the building—

or so it seemed.

But this year’s Halloween feels… different.

The boundary between this world and the other loosened just a little,

and strange “somethings” slipped through.

An empty elevator suddenly moved on its own,

an old mannequin seemed to grin—

and in that moment, the department store was quietly, but surely, taken over by ghosts.

The guardian spirits who had long protected the store and its guests also fell silent.

Wait—could they have been sealed away?

At this rate, the ghosts will claim the store for themselves…

Who can overcome this crisis?

The heroes chosen are—yes, the children.

Explore the darkened department store, complete missions inside the ghost-occupied Matsuya,

and rescue the guardian spirits.

Will you be able to save Matsuya safely?

This is no ordinary haunted house.

On the 100th anniversary night, it is a great adventure where children save Matsuya Ginza from the ghosts.

Participation Fee

¥2,200 per person (tax included, with a souvenir for participants)

Eligibility

Elementary school students and older

(Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Guardians must also register and pay.)

Capacity

30 participants per day (15 per session)

Advance reservation required (lottery if oversubscribed).

Reservations open Tuesday, October 14 at 11:00 AM via the Matsuya Ginza Online Store.

No refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons

Re-entry is not allowed

One ticket admits one person only

Entry is prohibited for anyone heavily intoxicated or deemed disruptive to other guests; no refunds will be issued in such cases

Guests in poor health or with medical conditions may be refused entry

Please plan your return journey in advance

The event includes the use of stairs and escalators; please be aware in advance

Follow all instructions and safety guidelines from staff; organizers are not responsible for accidents caused by ignoring directions

Guests who do not comply with rules or staff instructions may be refused entry or asked to leave; no refunds will be issued

Do not touch products, exhibits, or staff members inside the venue

Bringing fire, hazardous materials, foul-smelling items, fresh flowers, perishable items, or anything deemed dangerous by the organizer is strictly prohibited

Photography or recording is only permitted at designated spots
