For a smoother shopping experience at the Matsuya Ginza Official Online Store (matsuyaginza.com), we recommend registering as a member and setting up your address book in advance. After registering for a free membership, you can register your address book from your My Account page.

About Point Services
The point earning rate for purchasing Osechi dishes is a flat 1%.
When transferring from Matsuya Point WEB: Earned "Matsuya Points" can be exchanged for "matsuyaginza.com points" immediately after registering on the Matsuya Ginza Official Online Store.
When transferring from the Official Online Store to Matsuya Points:
To exchange "matsuyaginza.com points" (including new registration rewards) earned on the Official Online Store into "Matsuya Points," a history of at least one purchase on the official online store is required.
※ To use this service, prior membership registration for matsuyaginza.com and Point WEB Registration are required. Points cannot be added retroactively in either case.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for Noshi paper, wrapping, or inclusion of shopping bags for Osechi dishes.

Delivery and Shipping Fees
Delivery is scheduled via YAMATO TRANSPORT on Thursday, December 31, between approximately 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
The timing may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions and weather.
Since this order will be delivered via special shipping, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times.
A flat shipping fee of 990 yen (tax included) will be charged for each Osechi item. (except for some products with shipping included).
We do not accept orders paid by cash on delivery.
Some items will be delivered on the dates specified for each item.
Shipping fees apply to each individual item, even for identical products

About the “Specially Supervised” Icon
Products marked with the “Specially Supervised” icon are manufactured by third-party food producers outside our company or group of companies, under the supervision of our head chef, chefs, or brand.
The limited quantity refers to the total number of items available for sale, which includes all reservations made via the official Matsuya Ginza online store (matsuyaginza.com), by phone, and in-store.
Reservations by Phone
For takeout orders, your order will be ready for pickup at the store where you made the reservation.
For orders placed by phone, payment must be made using a Matsuya credit card or other major credit cards (one-time payment only). Alternatively, you may visit the store at a later date to pay.
If payment is not confirmed by the reservation hold expiration date, your order will be canceled.
For customers who place reservations by phone, we will mail you a “Customer Copy” and a “Credit Card Statement” after the transaction is complete. (Please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.)

For reservations on our limited-quantity Osechi sets, we recommend placing your order on Matsuya Ginza’s official website, matsuyaginza.com, as it begins accepting reservations earliest. Reservations open on Wednesday, September 30, at 11:00 AM.

Notes and Requests Regarding Osechi
Unless otherwise specified, the expiration date is Friday, January 1, 2027 (Public Holiday). Please consume it early within the expiration period.
All items are available in limited quantities; please understand if they sell out.
All prices include tax.
Due to circumstances, the menu contents, material, or size of the multi-tiered boxes (Jubako) may change slightly.
The plating examples are for illustrative purposes only.
Ordering periods vary for certain products, such as “Osechi available for nationwide shipping.” Please contact us for details.
Items reserved in-store or by phone will be held for two weeks.
Please note that payment via credit card will be processed at the time of order.
Please be aware that payment may be charged before the product is delivered.
When using the Matsuya Point Card, you will earn standard points. (Excluding phone orders and the official Matsuya Ginza online store at matsuyaginza.com)
As a general rule, changes to order quantities or cancellations cannot be made after an order has been confirmed. If you must make a change or cancellation, please contact matsuyaginza.com Customer Service. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations if the delivery date is approaching and the order quantity has already been finalized.
