Earning and Using Points

• Points are credited based on the purchase amount for each order on matsuyaginza.com. Your purchase amount determines your membership stage status, which determines your point redemption rates.

• Points are credited at the time of payment.

• The point redemption rate varies by stage. For details please see Membership Stages below.

• Accumulated points can be used from your next purchase, in increments of 1 point (1 yen).

• Points are not credited for any shipping, tax-free handling fees, or spent amount which points were already used for

• You must be signed in to your account to use or accumulate points. Points cannot be added retroactively after an order has been finalized.

  Please note that some products are ineligible for point use.

How to Use Points

1. Sign in to your account on matsuyaginza.com.

2. Add desired products to your "My Bag" and proceed to "Checkout".

3. Enter the points you wish to use on the "Order Confirmation" page.

4. Proceed to payment.

How to Check Your Points

Your point balance, point usage history, and current stage can be confirmed from the "My Member Points" page (available to view when logged in.)

Point Validity Period and Stage Updates

• Points are valid until the end of the same month of the following year, and will expire on the 1st day of the following month.

• The validity period for a membership stage is one year from the last status update.

• The stage will be updated immediately upon reaching the required number of points for the next stage.

• If you do not earn enough points to maintain your stage within the validity period, your stage will be changed accordingly.

• Benefit details and point redemption rates vary by stage.

• Your stage status may may be affected by product returns, etc.

Point Exchange Service with Matsuya Point Card

You can now exchange points between your Matsuya Point Card and matsuyaginza.com account directly through the “My Points"" page section on matsuyaginza.com. Enjoy seamless usage both online and in-store.

How to Exchange Points

1. Log in to your matsuyaginza.com account and click the star icon next to your name in the top left to go to ""My Points"" page.

2. Click the ""Exchange points"" button at the top right of ""My Point"" page.

3. On the point exchange screen, enter your “Matsuya Point Card Number” and “PIN code”, then proceed.

4. Input the number of points you wish to exchange and click “Exchange Points”

Note:

• You need to register for a free account on matsuyaginza.com before exchanging points. The associated account must have at least one completed purchase on matsuyaginza.com before the loyalty points issued as a new member registration benefit can be exchanged for Matsuya points.

• Point exchange is limited to 3 times per day, with total exchanged points per day not exceeding 300,000 points, there may be instances where points are temporarily deducted from your balance. .

• You also need to issue a Matsuya Point Card (digital card) and register your PIN on the Matsuya Point Web.

• Points can be exchanged 1 Matsuya Point = 1 matsuyaginza.com Point.

• Points that have been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
