Delivery Time of Products

Returns and Cancellations

If the item is defective, we can accept returns if within 8 days from when you initially received the products.

We cannot accept returns of items that fall under the following categories:

• Items that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned

• Items that have been soiled or damaged while in the customer's possession

• Items that have been soiled or damaged due to the customer's negligence or reasons within the customer’s responsibility

• Items without the original tags

• Items that are in significantly different condition from the time of shipment

• Items for which more than 9 days have passed since the item arrived to the address specified upon checkout, or was picked up at the pickup counter.

• Items returned without prior notice

• Items that have had parts or components replaced or that have been altered

• Items returned for reasons related to customer's personal preference (the item is different from what the customer had initially envisioned, the customer themself purchased the wrong product by mistake etc.)
