When the bright lights of the sales floors go out,
another department store that no one knows awakens...

Tonight, Matsuya becomes a playground for "that world."
The master's name is Lord Pumpkin.
It seems that the ghosts led by Lord Pumpkin have turned the inside of the store into their playground.
Moreover, they say a special "treasure" is hidden somewhere in this building.

It is Halloween time.
Now, guided by the treasure map, children's adventure begins.
What kind of ghost is waiting beyond the darkness? What is the treasure hidden by Lord Pumpkin...?

To the night department store that no one knows.
Let's set out on a special adventure to find the treasure hidden by Lord Pumpkin!

Elementary school students and above (Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Accompanying guardians also need a paid application)

30 groups per day (Up to 4 people per group)

How to Participate

After the advance lottery, a payment link will be sent only to the winners.

Only winners will be contacted by email during Oct 19(Mon).

Precautions (Payment & Participation Notes)

  • The required time is approximately 40 minutes. Please make sure to allow enough time for your trip home.

  • Refunds after purchase due to customer convenience cannot be made.

  • Re-entry to the venue is not permitted.

  • Entry will be refused for individuals who are intoxicated or deemed to cause a nuisance to other customers. Refunds will not be made in such cases.

  • This event includes movement in dark places and sudden surprising performances.

  • Entry may be refused for those who are not feeling well or have pre-existing medical conditions. If you have concerns about participating, such as being pregnant, having heart or blood pressure concerns, or being uncomfortable in dark places, please inquire before applying.

  • Please participate in comfortable walking shoes and easy-to-move clothes. Please refrain from footwear that makes walking unstable, such as high heels.

  • Minors must act together with their guardians.

  • As this is an event after store closing, the final group is scheduled to finish at 10:00 PM, so please allow plenty of time when participating.

  • Customers using the parking lot should inform the reception at the meeting location.

Notes Inside the Venue

  • Performances using stairs and escalators are included. Please note this in advance. If you have concerns about moving around, please inquire before applying.

  • Please follow the precautions and crew instructions inside the venue.

  • Those who do not follow the venue rules or crew instructions may be refused entry or asked to leave. Refunds will not be made in such cases.

  • Please refrain from dangerous acts such as running, jumping, suddenly stepping backward, or walking in reverse along the route. Even when surprised, please act calmly while paying attention to your surroundings.

  • Please do not push other customers or pull the hands or bodies of companions strongly.

  • Do not touch products, exhibits inside the store, or crew including ghost actors. However, this excludes items guided by the crew for missions.

  • Please refrain from violent acts against crew members or other customers.

  • Bringing open flames, dangerous items, odorous items, raw items including fresh flowers, and other items deemed dangerous by the organizer is strictly prohibited.

  • Photography and recording outside designated photo spots are prohibited. Please refrain from operating mobile phones while moving or using your own lights/flashes.

  • Eating, drinking (including candy and gum), and smoking inside the venue are prohibited.

  • If you feel unwell or find it difficult to continue the experience, please do not overexert yourself and inform a nearby crew member.

  • Please follow the instructions of the venue crew and cooperate in safe and secure operation.
