Guidance Regarding Admission

The venue is divided into the "Rilakkuma Store Manager Display Area" and the "Merchandise Sales Area."

【Rilakkuma Store Manager Display Area】
Open admission for all dates.
However, depending on crowd conditions, measures such as issuing timed entry tickets may be implemented without prior notice to ease congestion.

*No items will be sold in the Display Area.


【Merchandise Sales Area】
To manage overcrowding, timed entry restrictions will be in effect as outlined below.

1. Timed Entry Admission (Advance Reservation / Lottery)

A "Timed Entry Ticket" is required for admission during the specified period.

Applicable Dates and Times: August 27 (Thu)–30 (Sun), 2026

Applications: Accepted via advance reservation (lottery).

*If slots remain open after the lottery, general sales will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
*If remaining slots are available, you may apply via smartphone even on the day of the event.
*Daily inventory is set aside for select merchandise across all 7 days of the event. Items

*Conducted only if open slots remain after the advance application (lottery).

＜Important Information＞

*Upon entry, ticket verification (QR code scanning) and identity verification will be conducted. Please be sure to bring your ticket and a valid ID. Entry will be denied if the name or date of birth on the ticket does not match your ID.
*Advance reservation tickets do not guarantee the purchase of merchandise. Items may sell out depending on the situation on the day.
*Payment is limited to one transaction per entry.
*Each person may apply for an advance reservation ticket once per date, up to a maximum of 4 times during the event period.
*If multiple applications are detected for a single day, all applications will be rendered invalid.

2. Admission During Non-Reservation Times

Randomly numbered tickets will be distributed to guests who arrive within the designated gathering window below.

Applicable Dates: Monday, August 31 – Wednesday, September 2, 2026
Gathering Time: 9:40 AM – 10:00 AM daily
Gathering Location: Near the 1st Floor Main Entrance, Matsuya Ginza

＜Notes＞

  • These numbered boarding passes do not guarantee product purchases. Products may be out of stock depending on the situations of the day.

  • Payment is limited to one transaction per entry.

  • Please do not line up earlier than your designated time, as it causes inconvenience to neighboring facilities.

  • Entry times on the numbered boarding passes are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Numbered boarding passes with entry times listed will be distributed at random.

  • You cannot choose the entry time on your numbered boarding pass. Due to random distribution, you may not be able to enter in the same time slot as your companions.

  • Numbered boarding passes are limited to one per person. We cannot distribute numbered boarding passes for companions who are not present on-site. For customers who wish to enter a second time, please note that you will need to leave the venue after payment and receive a new numbered boarding pass.

  • The transfer and resale of numbered boarding passes are strictly prohibited.

  • Numbered boarding passes will not be distributed if you arrive between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If there is remaining capacity, numbered boarding passes will be distributed near the 8F venue entrance after opening.

  • Entry restrictions may be lifted depending on the situation.

  • Customers holding MATSUYA cards (excluding Point Cards), shareholder privilege cards, or disability certificates also need a date-and-time-specified ticket for the number of visitors.

  • Please check the Rilakkuma Store blog for product details.

  • Each ticket is valid only once for one registered user listed on the ticket. Accompanying persons are not allowed to enter. (Excluding guardians accompanying small children and attendants for persons with physical disabilities)

  • Payment is limited to one transaction per entry.

Important Notes Regarding Identification

Upon entry, ticket authentication (QR code scanning) and identity verification will be conducted, so please do not forget to bring your ticket and ID. If the name and date of birth listed on the entry ticket differ from your ID, entry will be denied.


Examples of ID

Documents that can confirm your name and date of birth (Driver's License, My Number Card, Passport, Student ID, etc.)


  • Copies are not accepted; only originals are valid.

  • Expired IDs are not accepted.

  • Commuter passes, transit IC cards, ATM cards, and credit cards are invalid.

Regarding Companions

Guardians accompanying small children and attendants for customers with physical disability certificates should notify staff on-site on the day of the event.

If a small child wishes to enter, you may apply under the guardian's name. (The guardian who applied must attend on the day without fail)

In either of the above cases, the number of accompanying attendants is limited to one person per visitor. Furthermore, product payment is limited to one transaction, items with purchase restrictions can only be purchased for one person registered on the ticket, and only one novelty gift will be provided.


Flow of Use and Notes for Date-and-Time-Specified Tickets

〇 After making a reservation, please receive your "Entry Ticket with QR Code" from the URL provided in the email, and bring the screen displaying the QR code or a paper printout of the QR code on the day of the event.

〇 Before entering, ticket authentication (QR code scanning) will be conducted.

・ Please come to the 8F Event Square "Rilakkuma Makumaku Miracle Wonderland" at your designated gathering time.

・ Please follow the instructions of staff members.

・ Depending on congestion conditions, you may not be able to enter at your designated time. Thank you for your understanding.

・ The QR code on the entry ticket can only be used once, so please handle it with care.

・ Valid only for the date and entry time listed on the entry ticket.

・ Upon entry, please line up in order of the sequential number for each time slot.

・ Purchases for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.

・ Re-entry is not permitted.

・ All novelty items are available in limited quantities and will end as soon as stock runs out. Only one gift will be given per transaction.

・ If the shop or facility closes or changes its operating hours due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, spread of epidemic diseases, or unexpected accidents, the corresponding entry ticket will become invalid (substitute tickets for other dates will not be issued). Furthermore, in such cases, expenses related to visiting (transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc.) will not be compensated for any reason.

・ When making a reservation, please be sure to check the date and time slot yourself. Please note that if you apply by mistake, the venue cannot process changes.
