"Usamaru"
A relaxed, cute, and sometimes surreal rabbit character.
Created by illustrator sakumaru.

First released as a LINE sticker on August 6, 2014, Usamaru quickly became a hit. In 2016, it achieved the unprecedented honor of being inducted into the “LINE Creators Stamp AWARD” Hall of Fame, and in 2021, it won the Grand Prix in the MVP category at the 3rd “LINE Creators MVP AWARD.” Its popularity continues to grow, with official LINE stickers and collaboration stickers with companies being released one after another. Usamaru has been featured in numerous TV programs and magazines, and has expanded beyond stickers into books, merchandise, and cafés.

Under the supervision of sakumaru, this exhibition showcases valuable original drawings, three-dimensional works, and photo spots. Visitors of all ages can fully immerse themselves in the world of Usamaru.

A wide selection of exclusive Usamaru exhibition merchandise will be available at the venue. We look forward to welcoming you.

Tickets

This exhibition uses a timed-entry system throughout the exhibition period.

Advance tickets are available exclusively via Lawson Ticket. Same-day tickets can be purchased through Lawson Ticket, and if slots remain, at the venue.

• To avoid congestion and reduce waiting times, entry restrictions may be applied during certain time slots as a safety measure.

• This exhibition does not use a rotation system. Depending on crowd conditions, entry may be restricted. Visitors may have to wait for an extended time, receive numbered tickets, or be denied entry. Thank you for your understanding.

• Admission is free for preschool children. They must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older). Each guardian may accompany up to two children.

• Entry to the merchandise area only is not permitted.

• Sold-out admission tickets will not be restocked during the exhibition period.

• Admission requires either an admission ticket, a Matsuya Card (excluding point cards), a disability certificate, or an invitation ticket.

• Holders of Matsuya Cards (Matsuya Card, Matsuya Gold Card, Matsuya Tomo-no-kai Card, or Matsuya Shareholder Shopping Privilege Card, excluding point cards) may enter at any time during the exhibition, but may be asked to wait or receive a numbered ticket during busy times.

• Holders of a disability certificate and one accompanying caregiver may enter at any time during the exhibition, but may be asked to wait or receive a numbered ticket during busy times.

• For holders of Matsuya Cards (excluding point cards) and holders of a disability certificate, admission during busy times is limited to once per day.

• Invitation ticket holders may enter at any time during the exhibition, but may be asked to wait or receive a numbered ticket during busy times. Please inform the entrance staff upon arrival.

Admission for Customers with Matsuya Cards, Matsuya Gold Card, Matsuya Tomo-no-kai Card, Shareholder Shopping Privilege Card, or Disability Certificate

Holders of Matsuya Cards (Matsuya Card, Matsuya Gold Card, Matsuya Tomo-no-kai Card, or Matsuya Shareholder Shopping Privilege Card, excluding point cards), and holders of a disability certificate (admission free for the holder and one accompanying person), are eligible for preferential entry during the exhibition period. During busy times, you may be asked to wait or receive a numbered ticket.

• On the day of your visit, please follow staff instructions for lining up and entering. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Please bring your preferential card or certificate on the day of your visit. It will be checked at entry.

• Depending on the day’s crowd conditions, you may be asked to wait before entering.

Notes on Admission

• Purchased tickets cannot be refunded due to customer circumstances.

• Depending on venue conditions, you may need to wait before entering.

• Tickets do not guarantee entry order to the merchandise area.

• Re-entry to this exhibition is not permitted.

• One ticket admits one person only.

• If the venue is crowded, you may be asked to wait.

• Resale of tickets or goods is prohibited. If resale is detected, entry will be denied. Identity verification may be required on the day, so please bring ID.

• Lost tickets will not be reissued.

• Elementary, junior high, and high school students may be asked to present a student ID or other identification at entry.

Admission to the Merchandise Area and Goods Sales

• Entry to the merchandise area is limited to once per ticket.

• Re-entry is not permitted.

• If the merchandise area is crowded, you may be asked to wait. Numbered tickets may be distributed depending on the situation.

• Preschool children may not enter alone.

• Identity verification may be required. Please bring ID.

• Entry to the merchandise area is only allowed after entering and viewing the exhibition.

• Merchandise is limited in quantity. We appreciate your understanding if items sell out.

• A ticket does not guarantee the availability of all goods. Items may sell out.

Novelty Gift: Usamaru Exhibition Original Coaster

With each order from the tie-up menu, you will receive one special coaster (5 designs in total) at random. The coaster will be handed to you together with your order.

Regarding Seating Time
During busy periods, we kindly ask that you finish your meal within 30 minutes after all items have been served.
Some menu items are also available for takeout, so please make use of that option if needed.

• Each guest is kindly requested to order at least one item.

• Some menu items may become unavailable depending on ingredient availability.

• During the tie-up café event period, we kindly ask that you settle your bill in a single payment whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
