At the venue, visitors will also find a collaborative collection created with New York–based artists, inspired by the creative community surrounding YAMMA founder Nana Yamazaki, who now lives in New York. This special presentation adds a fresh highlight to the event's first-ever expansion onto the 7th floor.

(C) 瀧本尚輝 @naokichitakimoto

SAFUJI returns for the first time in 3 years!
Ahead of the pop-up, Shiori Fujii visited their atelier and store in Higashi-Koganei to touch the roots of their craft through a conversation with designer Tsutomu Sawafuji and a glimpse into their creative process.
Each piece is born from a beauty stripped of waste and created through painstaking handcraft. The underlying passion and philosophy linger quietly in the memories of those who use them.

fuufuufuu

Textile designer and pressed sushi artist. Viewing ingredients as "fibers," she creates pressed sushi much like designing textiles. Layered with a colorful array of ingredients, her creations are "edible art pieces" that are a joy to behold and a delight to taste.

kiredo

A farm in Yotsukaido City, Chiba Prefecture, growing about 150 varieties of vegetables and herbs annually. This year, we have once again prepared freshly harvested seasonal vegetables. Furthermore, kiredo's vegetables will be featured in the dishes at "Riekontei" and "Nitsubo Sakaba," operating inside "Handmade Tavern Lounge 7" on the 7th floor! You can taste the vegetables on the 7th floor and then purchase them on the 8th floor.

Mokomeshi / SLOW GELATO in bulk

A small gelato and baked goods shop run by food designer Mokomeshi (Tomoko Ozawa). The gelato is made in collaboration with people at a welfare facility in Kumamoto. They offer cream sodas made with this gelato, as well as highballs featuring botanical syrups infused with fruits and herbs. Unique baked goods made with spices and herbs are also highly recommended.
