“LE CHOCOLAT ALAIN DUCASSE,” the chocolate specialty shop created by French chef Alain Ducasse, makes its first appearance at Matsuya Ginza with an extended pop-up store. Carefully selected cacao beans from around the world are crafted in workshops in Paris and Tokyo, using time-honored traditional methods—from roasting the beans to creating the finished chocolate.
