Japanese Black Wagyu Hamburg Steak with Umato Tomato Sauce ¥1,681
A hamburg steak made with Japanese Black Wagyu, topped with a soft-cooked egg using “Maximum Koitamago,” known for its rich yolk. The hamburg steak remains tender even when cooled, allowing the full umami of the Wagyu to shine through thanks to a specially developed blend.
