Japan’s brightest morning TV show, [LOVE it!], is a lifestyle idea discovery variety program that makes everyday life ten times more fun. No news. No wide shows. Centered around the themes of fashion, food, living, and play, the program introduces the [Love it!] favorites that top professionals usually keep to themselves—bringing easily accessible joy to everyday life.
[Lappy] is the original character appearing on the morning show [LOVE it!]. At the [Lappy Department Store], visitors can enjoy exclusive event merchandise as well as photo spots that allow you to experience the colorful world of the program.

【Reservation Method】
Reservations are required via [LivePocket] on a first-come, first-served, time-slot basis. Details on how to make a reservation are scheduled to be released in mid-February. Please check the information below for details on admission and reservation procedures.
【Accompanying Guests】
- One ticket admits one person. Please prepare the same number of tickets as the number of people entering.
- Entry is not permitted without a ticket. However, guests who require accompaniment—such as preschool children, guardians, or persons with disabilities—should inform staff on the day of the visit.
- Preschool children may enter without a ticket when accompanied by a guardian.
For elementary school children and older, numbered admission tickets are required for each person.
- Numbered tickets indicate a designated gathering time. Lining up before or after the specified time will not be permitted.
- Tickets serve as queue tickets for entry and do not guarantee entry at the specified time or the purchase of commemorative goods.
- Each person may apply for one time slot per day.
【Event Notes】
- After making a reservation, please receive your [QR code admission ticket] via the URL provided in the confirmation email and bring either the QR code displayed on your device or a printed copy on the day of entry.
- QR code verification will be conducted prior to entry.
- Each admission ticket allows one-time entry only.
- The QR code on the admission ticket can only be used once. Please handle it with care.
- Admission tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket.
- When entering, please line up in numerical order according to your ticket number for each time slot.
- Purchases for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- In the event that the shop or facility is closed or operating hours are changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen accidents, the relevant admission tickets will become invalid. No replacement tickets for other dates will be issued. Any costs incurred for visiting (including transportation or accommodation expenses) will not be compensated under any circumstances.
- Cancellations are not permitted. Please be sure to confirm the date and time carefully before making your reservation.
Admission for customers holding Matsuya cards and disability certificates
Customers who hold any Matsuya card (Matsuya Card, Matsuya Gold Card, Matsuya Tomo-no-Kai Card, or Matsuya Shareholder Shopping Privilege Card excluding point cards), as well as customers who hold a disability certificate (admission free for the certificate holder plus one accompanying person), may enter with preferential admission during the event period.
