Regarding online sales for this event
Orders for event items will be accepted by phone from 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, with cash on delivery (COD) payment and home delivery service.
Order period: From 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 9 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11.

※We are unable to accept orders from Wednesday, November 5 to Saturday, November 8. Telephone orders are available by cash on delivery (COD) only. We appreciate your understanding should items sell out.

Entry During the Event
To ensure smooth entry and safety for all visitors, entry tickets will be distributed before store opening on Wednesday, November 5, the first day of the event. Guests with tickets will be admitted in order after opening.
From Thursday, November 6 onward, admission control and additional ticket distribution may be implemented depending on crowd levels.

Numbered entry tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wednesday, November 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Main Entrance, 1st Floor, Matsuya Ginza
※Please refrain from reserving spots in line with personal belongings or having only a representative stand in line before the distribution of numbered tickets.
※Ticket distribution will end once the designated number is reached or at 10:45 a.m., whichever comes first.
※After 10:45 a.m., please visit the Space of Ginza on the 1st floor after the store opens.
※Depending on the level of congestion, additional numbered tickets may be distributed at the venue after the store opens. Please check at the venue entrance for the latest information.
Numbered Tickets Details
ー One numbered ticket will be issued per person.
ー Each numbered ticket admits one person only.
ー Tickets cannot be issued for companions who are not present at the time of distribution.
ー Numbered tickets are for entry only and do not guarantee product availability. Please note that items may sell out.
Purchasing with the Order Sheet
During this event, customers are kindly requested to fill out the order sheet themselves.
■How to Purchase
①An order sheet will be provided upon entry to the venue.
②Please fill in LOOK Membership number (if applicable), and your name.
③Check the product numbers displayed on the items and enter your desired product numbers and quantities on the order sheet.
④Once completed, please hand your order sheet to a staff member.
⑤When your order is ready, your order sheet number will be called.
⑥Please proceed to the cashier with your selected items.

ー We regret that reservations and back orders cannot be accepted for event items.
ー Gift wrapping for event items is not available at the venue.
ー Some items are limited in quantity; we appreciate your understanding should products sell out.
