[About Date & Time Reservations]
On Wednesday, April 22 and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays during the exhibition period, a date and time reservation is required until 1:00 PM. On weekdays, admission is free throughout the day.

Accompanying Guests

• Each ticket allows entry for one person only. Please prepare tickets equal to the number of visitors.

• Entry is not permitted without a ticket. However, guests requiring assistance (young children, guardians, persons with disabilities, etc.) should inform staff on the day.

• Preschool children may enter without a ticket when accompanied by a guardian.

• Children of elementary school age and above require a ticket.

• Tickets indicate a designated gathering time (time to line up). Please do not arrive before or after this time.

• Tickets grant access to the entry queue and do not guarantee entry at the exact time or the purchase of merchandise. Items may sell out depending on availability.

• Only one reservation per person per day is allowed.

• After booking, please access the URL in your confirmation email to receive your QR code admission ticket.

• Present the QR code (on your device or printed) on the day of entry.

• QR code verification will be conducted before entry.

• Each ticket allows one-time entry only.

• QR codes can only be used once. Please handle with care.

• Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time.

• Please line up according to your assigned number within each time slot.

• Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

• Re-entry is not permitted.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, accidents, etc.) leading to closure or changes in business hours, tickets will become invalid. No alternative dates will be provided, and related expenses (transportation, accommodation, etc.) will not be reimbursed.

• Reservations cannot be canceled. Please carefully confirm your date and time before booking.

A wide selection of adorable Miffy goods, including venue-exclusive items, will be available.
