Along with goods featuring the “Thinking of You” Rilakkuma design, we’ve also prepared delightful novelties to welcome you.

Information on Timed Entry Tickets

At "Rilakkuma Store in GINZA," admission will be restricted through a timed entry ticket system (via advance lottery application) throughout the entire event period, as a safety measure to reduce crowding.

※ A valid entry ticket is required to enter the "Rilakkuma Store in GINZA" during the event.
※ Please note that obtaining an entry ticket does not guarantee the purchase of any specific item. Depending on availability, some products may sell out on the day of your visit.
※ For certain limited-edition items, daily stock will be allocated for each of the seven event days. Sales will end once each day's stock is sold out.

(Sales will end once the maximum number of tickets is reached)
※ This will only be held if there are remaining slots after the advance lottery application period.
※ Please refrain from applying for dates you were already selected for through the lottery.

All visitors

※ Visitors with any type of Matsuya card (excluding point cards), shareholder benefit cards, or disability certificates are also required to reserve a timed entry ticket for each individual guest.
※ For product details, please refer to the Rilakkuma Store blog.
※ Each ticket is valid for one-time use by the registered individual only. Entry with companions is not permitted.
※ You may complete your purchase only once per entry.
※ Entry ticket applications must be submitted by the person wishing to visit, limited to one application per day and up to seven times during the event period.
※ If multiple applications for the same day are found, all entries will be invalidated.
※ After the lottery results are announced, any remaining slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
※ If time slots are still available, you may also apply for a timed entry ticket on the day of your visit using a smartphone or other device.

Important Notice Regarding Identity Verification


Upon entry, your ticket will be scanned (QR code) and your identity will be verified. Please make sure to bring both your entry ticket and a valid form of ID. If the name or date of birth on your ID does not match the information on your ticket, you will not be allowed to enter.

Examples of Acceptable Identification
Any document that clearly shows your full name and date of birth, such as:

  • Driver’s license

  • Health insurance card

  • Passport

  • Student ID

※ Photocopies are not accepted—original documents only.
※ Expired IDs are not valid.
※ Commuter passes, IC transportation cards, cash cards, and credit cards are not accepted as valid ID.

Regarding Companions
If you are accompanying a small child or a guest with a disability certificate, please speak to a staff member at the venue on the day of your visit.
If a small child wishes to attend, it is acceptable to apply under the parent or guardian’s name. (In this case, the registered guardian must be present on the day.)

In either case, only one companion per guest is permitted.
Please note:

  • Checkout is limited to once per entry.

  • For items with purchase limits, only the registered ticket holder may make purchases.

  • Only one novelty item will be given per entry.

How to Use Your Timed Entry Ticket & Important Notes

〇 After completing your reservation, please retrieve your entry ticket with QR code from the URL provided in your confirmation email.
Please bring either the displayed QR code on your screen or a printed version on the day of your visit.
〇 Your entry ticket will be scanned (QR code) before admission.

  • Please arrive at the Rilakkuma Store in GINZA (8F Event Square, Matsuya) at your assigned gathering time.

  • Follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

  • Due to crowd conditions, you may not be able to enter exactly at the specified time. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Each ticket is valid for one entry only, by the registered guest. Entry with companions is not permitted
    (except for guardians of small children or attendants for guests with disability certificates).

  • The QR code can only be used once. Please handle it with care.

  • Tickets are valid only on the designated date and time.

  • Upon entry, guests will be admitted in the order of their assigned number.

  • Tickets may not be purchased or used for resale.

  • Re-entry is not permitted.

  • Novelties are limited in quantity and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. One novelty per transaction.

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, epidemic, or accident), if the store or venue is closed or hours change, the corresponding ticket will be invalidated. No substitute tickets will be issued. Travel and lodging expenses will not be compensated.

  • When making a reservation, please be sure to double-check the date and time.
    The event organizers cannot make changes if you apply for the wrong date or time.
