Notice: Regarding Revision Shipping Fees

Please be advised that effective for orders placed on or after Friday, January 3, 2025, the refrigerated shipping fee (Cool Delivery service) for Matsuya Ginza and Matsuya Asakusa will be revised to a uniform rate of 440 yen (tax included).

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Effective Date: For orders placed on or after Friday, January 3, 2025.

■ Small Item Delivery (Including Gift Certificates & Vouchers)

  • Note: Amounts in parentheses are pre-tax (exclude tax).

  • Refrigerated shipping (Cool Delivery) will incur an additional flat charge of 440 yen (tax included) (400 yen pre-tax).

  • Matsuya Express Delivery will incur an additional flat charge of 330 yen (tax included) (300 yen pre-tax) on top of the standard shipping fees mentioned above.

  • The Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is an additional flat charge of 330 yen (tax included) (300 yen pre-tax).
