- The store will be closed on January 1 (Thu, National Holiday) and January 2 (Fri).
- On Saturday, January 3, 2026, the store will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
① Information on Store Entry at Opening (10:00 a.m.)

The East Entrance and South Entrance on the 1st floor, as well as the Subway Entrance on Basement Level 1, will be closed.
Due to expected congestion, entry to the following floors will be restricted.

1st Floor (BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE) | Please line up at the Main Entrance |
1st Floor (Louis Vuitton) | Please line up at the designated line at the Kyobashi Entrance |
For all other floors, customers may line up at either the Main Entrance or the Kyobashi Entrance.
② Exit Information
Until all waiting customers have entered the store, access will be limited to the Central Entrance on the 1st floor only.
③ Stairways, Escalators, and Elevators
Stairways on the 1st floor will not be available until all waiting customers have entered the store.
Please use the escalators to move between floors.
One elevator located at the center of the 1st floor will operate as a dedicated elevator for guests with strollers, wheelchairs, or those requiring assistance.
