At Matsuya Ginza, the launch dates for new items from ISSEY MIYAKE, PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, me ISSEY MIYAKE, and BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE will be managed through an advance reservation lottery system.
This system has been introduced to alleviate congestion before store opening and during business hours.

Reservations for entry on the dates listed below will be accepted via an in-store advance lottery.

【Important Notice】
For the three brands — ISSEY MIYAKE, PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, and me ISSEY MIYAKE — the release date and time for the new collections are the same. Therefore, each customer may apply for only one brand per release date.
If a customer is selected for multiple brands on the same date, all winning entries will be rendered invalid.

How to Make a Reservation to Enter ＜BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE＞

Customers wishing to visit the store on the release day are requested to apply in person at the store using the following method. Successful applicants will be selected by lottery.

Friday, May 22, | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Limited number of participants)

● Application Location
Lottery reception counter next to ISSEY MIYAKE on the 4th floor

● Lottery Method
Please fill out the application form with your name, email address, and phone number. Identity verification will be conducted at the time of application, so please bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, residence card with photo, or special permanent resident certificate, etc.).
Those who cannot be verified will not be allowed to participate in the lottery.
The order of entry on the release day will be determined again by another lottery held on-site on the day.

● Lottery Method
Please fill out the application form with your name, email address, and phone number. Identity verification will be conducted at the time of application, so please bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, residence card with photo, or special permanent resident certificate, etc.).
Those who cannot be verified will not be allowed to participate in the lottery.
The order of entry on the release day will be determined according to the order of winning.

Notes on the Lottery

  • Each person may participate in the lottery only once. Multiple entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.

  • Applications are accepted in person only. Applications by phone will not be accepted.

  • The winning results will be sent only to the email addresses of the selected participants by Wednesday, May 27.

  • Please note that in case of any unforeseen circumstances resulting in changes or cancellation of the planned release, the lottery results will become invalid.

  • Personal information provided will be used only for contacting winners or matters related to the lottery for new product releases, and will be promptly deleted after the release date.

Notes on Visiting the Store

  • Entry and shopping are limited to the customer themselves.

  • When visiting the store, please bring the photo ID (driver’s license, passport, residence card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, etc.) presented at the time of lottery application, and the device on which you can display the winning email. Screenshots or printed copies are not accepted. Entry will be refused if identity or winning status cannot be confirmed.

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your designated entry time, you will be placed at the end of your group. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled, and entry will not be permitted in any case.

  • If you fail to visit without notice, you will be excluded from reservations and lotteries for one month thereafter.

  • The entry reservation is valid only for the applicant and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

  • Customers without reservations will be admitted to ＜BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE＞ from 2 :30 p.m. (the actual time may vary) and to ＜ISSEY MIYAKE＞, ＜PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE＞, and ＜me ISSEY MIYAKE＞ from 11 :30 a.m. If there are many visitors, entry may be restricted.

  • For ＜ISSEY MIYAKE＞, ＜PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE＞, and ＜me ISSEY MIYAKE＞, if the number of applications is fewer than the planned number of winners, entry may begin earlier than 11 :30 a.m. Please be aware of this in advance.

  • Please follow the instructions of the staff of Matsuya Co., Ltd. and ISSEY MIYAKE Inc. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry.

Notes on Shopping

  • Entry and purchases are limited to the winning customer themselves. If any fraudulent behavior is found, all parties involved will be refused shopping.

  • Stock information cannot be provided during shopping guidance.

  • Quantities are limited, and depending on the entry time, you may not be able to purchase your desired items.

  • Each shop operates on a full replacement system. You may be asked to wait during replacement and cleaning.

  • Customers who cancel without valid reason or do not follow the designated shopping time rules may be excluded from future reservations.

  • Depending on congestion on the day, shopping time may be limited.

  • Depending on application status, purchase quantity may be limited.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted except for defective items.
