On new product launch days at ISSEY MIYAKE, PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, me ISSEY MIYAKE, and BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE at Matsuya Ginza, advance store entry reservations by lottery will be required in order to alleviate congestion before opening and during business hours.
Reservations for entry on the dates listed below will be accepted via an in-store advance lottery.

【Important Notice】
For ISSEY MIYAKE, PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, and me ISSEY MIYAKE, new products will be released on the same dates and at the same time.
Therefore, each customer may apply for only one brand per release date.
If you are selected for more than one brand on the same release date, all winning reservations will be cancelled.
How to Apply for Entry Reservations for <BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE>
Customers wishing to visit the boutiques on the product release date are requested to apply in person as described below. Winners will be selected by lottery.

● Lottery Method
Please fill out the application form with your name, email address, and phone number. Identity verification will be conducted at the time of application, so please bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, residence card with photo, or special permanent resident certificate, etc.).
Those who cannot be verified will not be allowed to participate in the lottery.
The order of entry on the release day will be determined again by another lottery held on-site on the day.
Store Entry Reservation Procedure for ISSEY MIYAKE, PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, and me ISSEY MIYAKE
Customers wishing to enter the store on the product launch date are requested to apply in person at the store using the procedure below. Successful applicants will be selected by lottery.

● Lottery Method
Please complete the lottery application form with your name, email address, and telephone number to enter the lottery. Identity verification will be conducted at the time of application. Please bring a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, Basic Resident Registration Card with photo, or Special Permanent Resident Certificate). Applicants whose identity cannot be verified will not be eligible to participate in the lottery.
The order of store entry on the day of the event will be determined according to the lottery results.
Notes on the Lottery
Each customer may enter the lottery only once. Multiple entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.
Applications are accepted in person only. Applications by telephone will not be accepted.
The lottery results will be communicated only to winning customers via the registered "Email Address" within October 27 (Tue).
If the scheduled product release is changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the winning reservation will become invalid. Thank you for your understanding.
Personal information collected for the lottery will be used solely for contacting successful applicants and administering the lottery for the new product release. It will be securely disposed of promptly after the release date.
Notes on Visiting the Store
Entry to the store and purchases are limited to the successful applicant only.
Your reservation will be verified upon arrival. Please bring the same government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, Basic Resident Registration Card with photo, or Special Permanent Resident Certificate) that was presented when applying, as well as the device displaying your winning notification email. Screenshots or printed copies of the email will not be accepted. Customers whose identity or reservation cannot be verified will not be admitted.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your designated entry time, you will be placed at the end of your group's queue. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be considered canceled and you will not be admitted under any circumstances.
If you fail to arrive without prior notice, you will not be eligible to make reservations or participate in lotteries for the following one month.
Store entry reservations obtained through the lottery are valid only for the successful applicant and may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Customers without a reservation may be admitted from 2:30 p.m. for BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE (admission time may vary depending on circumstances), and from 11:30 a.m. for ISSEY MIYAKE, PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, and me ISSEY MIYAKE. Admission may be restricted if the number of visitors exceeds capacity.
In addition, for ISSEY MIYAKE, PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, and me ISSEY MIYAKE, if the number of lottery applications is fewer than the planned number of successful applicants, customers without reservations may be admitted before 11:30 a.m. Please note this in advance.
On the day of your visit, please follow the instructions of the staff of Matsuya Co., Ltd. and ISSEY MIYAKE INC. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry.
Notes on Shopping
Store entry and purchases are limited to the successful applicant only. If any fraudulent activity is discovered, all individuals involved will be refused the opportunity to make purchases.
During your shopping session, we are unable to provide information regarding product inventory or stock availability.
As product quantities are limited, your preferred items may be sold out by the time of your scheduled store entry.
Shopping sessions operate on a complete rotation basis for each shop. Please note that you may be asked to wait while the store is prepared for the next group.
Customers who cancel without notice or fail to comply with the established shopping rules without a valid reason may be deemed ineligible for future store entry reservations.
Shopping time may be limited depending on the level of congestion on the day.
Purchase quantities may be limited depending on the number of applications received.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for defective merchandise.
