Located at Matsuya Ginza, ‘Fermentation Café’ is the first concept shop and café outside of Hiroshima Prefecture, run by Manda Fermentation, based in Onomichi City, Innoshima Island. The menu includes dishes made with Manda Enzyme, and we also offer options that evoke the essence of Innoshima and the Shimanami Kaido for those visiting for the first time.
