Guests Accompanied by Pets

To ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that pets be kept in fully enclosed pet carriers (with no part of the pet exposed) while inside the store.

Please note that pets — even those in carriers — are not permitted in the following areas:

・Restaurants

・Cafés

・Baby Care Lounges

・Exhibition Spaces

Note : Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs are welcome throughout the store.

Photography & Video Recording

We kindly ask that you refrain from using cameras or video equipment inside the store.
