Regarding the Pickup Deadline for Repair Items
If you do not pick up your repair items within 6 months from the repair completion date and we have not received any contact from you, we regret to inform you that the item will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the pickup deadline for repair items.
*This policy applies to repair items we are holding, regardless of whether they were purchased from our store.
*Some shops may be exempt from the above rule.
