We are pleased to assist guests with disabilities with their shopping. Please note that this service is strictly limited to the Matsuya Ginza store premises.

AED units are installed throughout the store for emergency use.
Free Admission to Exhibitions
Guests with a disability certificate and one accompanying person may enter exhibitions on the 8th Floor free of charge.
Please note that this may not apply to certain events requiring crowd control.
