Advance Reservation Service for the Self-Parking Surface Spaces in Parking Lot 1


This exclusive service allows Matsuya Credit Card and Matsuya Gold Card members to reserve a self-parking surface space in Parking Lot 1 in advance.

Service Overview

Eligible Members

  • Exclusively for Matsuya Gold Card and Matsuya Credit Card members.

Service

  • Advance reservation for a self-parking surface space in Parking Lot 1 (one vehicle per day).

Fee

  • ¥50,000 per day (tax included)

  • Discounts for Matsuya cardholders and parking fee discounts based on purchases made in the store are not applicable to this service.


Important Information

  • This service is a special plan for customers who will be shopping or using services at Matsuya Ginza on the day of their reservation. Long-term parking for purposes unrelated to visiting Matsuya Ginza (such as visiting other facilities) is not permitted.

  • Vehicles with confirmed reservations will be given priority access to the reserved parking space, regardless of traffic conditions or waiting lines on the day.

  • Cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be accepted after the reservation has been confirmed and payment has been completed.

  • The service is unavailable during the New Year holidays, the Spring and Autumn Matsubikai special sale periods, other designated dates, store holidays, and on dates that have already been fully booked.


How to Use the Service

Reservations and further details are accepted by phone between 10 days and 3 days prior to your date of use.

1. Advance Reservations by Phone
Reservation Acceptance Period: From 10 days to 3 days prior to your date of use (*First-come, first-served basis, limited to 1 vehicle per day)

Reservation & Inquiry Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Please mention that you are calling regarding the advance parking reservation service.

You will be asked to provide:

  • Your eligible Matsuya card information

  • Desired date and time of use

  • Your name

  • Vehicle information (model, license plate number, color, etc.)

2. Complete Payment via Smartphone (After Telephone Reservation)
After your reservation request is received, you will receive an SMS containing a link. Please log in to the Matsuya Online Store and complete payment on the same day using your eligible Matsuya Gold Card or Matsuya Credit Card.
Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been verified.

*Membership registration for the Matsuya Online Store is required.

3. Arrive on the Day
Please drive directly to Parking Lot 1.
Show the parking attendant your payment confirmation email, and you will be guided with priority to your reserved parking space.
