Please be sure to present your “Royal Pass” upon entry. Guests without a valid pass will not be permitted to use the lounge.

"THE GINZA LOUNGE" Facility Usage Rules
To ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for all guests, we have established the following rules for using our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

  • When using the lounge, you must present a valid "Royal Pass" issued by Matsuya Ginza personal shoppers at the lounge reception. If you do not have the card, you will not be able to use the lounge.

  • Lounge use is limited to once per day (up to 1 hour). If you use the lounge for an extended period, a staff member may speak to you.

  • Entry may be restricted during crowded times.

  • You may bring up to two accompanying guests per visit. When entering, please always check in with your accompanying guests

  • Reservations are not accepted. Please come directly to the lounge.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the lounge.

  • Please refrain from consuming any food or beverages other than those provided within the lounge. (Excluding food and beverages for babies and young children).

  • Please do not take any food, beverages, or amenities provided within the lounge outside.

  • To use the Wi-Fi service, you must agree to the "Matsuya Ginza Free WiFi Service Terms of Use" which are separately stipulated.

  • For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted to enter the lounge. (Excluding service animals.)

  • If any of the following actions occur, you may be asked to leave and may be denied future use of the lounge:

    • Making phone calls on mobile phones, recording, taking photos, live streaming, or using electronic devices that make noise.

    • Business negotiations, solicitations, sales activities, signing petitions, or political activities.

    • Acts that violate public order and morals.

    • Acts that disturb other guests, such as loud conversations.

    • Intentionally damaging the facility's equipment or property.

    • Any other acts deemed malicious.　

  • Please be responsible for managing your valuables and personal belongings. The lounge will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.

  • Lost items will be stored for a certain period, and unclaimed items will be submitted to the nearest police station.

  • Due to unavoidable circumstances, operating days, hours, and service content may be changed or suspended without prior notice.

  • This lounge is also available to customers who possess eligible cards issued by JCB Co., Ltd.

  • Some service offerings may differ from "Salon de Ginza" on the 4th floor of the main building.

  • These terms of use are subject to change without prior notice.
