Delicately stone-ground soba and a wide selection of carefully chosen ingredients.

We carefully select domestic buckwheat, grind it slowly in a stone mill, and prepare the soba by hand every morning and evening. The rich flavor of the soba is enhanced by a luxurious dashi made with high-quality bonito flakes and seasonal dishes. We offer a variety of dishes featuring seasonal ingredients, tempura, and Japanese desserts.
