Tsukiji "Miyagawa Honzen"

Founded in Meiji 26. The mindset and taste passed down with the sauce. The Edo-style eel, steamed and then grilled, has a delicate and tender texture that is its hallmark.

The quality of the ingredients and the careful craftsmanship are key. It takes three years to separate the eel, eight years to skewer, and a lifetime to master the grilling. Enjoy the taste that conveys the spirit of the artisan.
