You can redeem points through a simple operation on your "My Points" page on matsuyaginza.com.
Log in and access "My Points" page (star icon on top left).
Click “Point Exchange”.
Enter your card number, PIN. Click “Connect“.
Enter desired point amount. Click “Exchange Points”.
Your points are ready to use immediately after the exchange—both online and in-store.
You need to register for a free account on matsuyaginza.com before exchanging points. The associated account must have at least one completed purchase on matsuyaginza.com before the loyalty points issued as a new member registration benefit can be exchanged for Matsuya points.
Point exchange is limited to 3 times per day, with total exchanged points per day not exceeding 30,000 points.
