She then designed the snap buttons to be spaced closely together, like Renaissance clothing or priest's robes, and the Cardigan Press was born. Originally, the Cardigan Pression was made from cotton melton (fleece-lined), featured a straight cut, a round collar, and two adjustment tabs on the back.
