Gourmarché Vin

Château Margaux, a First Growth estate in the Médoc classification of Bordeaux, is a prestigious name often referred to as the “Queen of Bordeaux,” with a global reputation established since the 17th century. Its style—defined by finesse, elegance, and complexity—is truly unparalleled, and its outstanding aging potential allows it to reveal its full character over time.

The wine’s silky, flowing texture derived from gravelly soils is beautifully balanced with a refined structure, expressing the unmistakable identity of Margaux. Without relying on sheer power, it leads to a deep and lingering finish, marked by its graceful harmony.

The 2014 vintage benefited from a cool summer that allowed the grapes to ripen slowly, followed by fine weather in September that ensured optimal maturity. With a Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend, it displays remarkable balance and clarity. The result is a refined wine in which Margaux’s signature elegance and harmony gently unfold.
After more than a decade of aging, the wine has developed greater composure and integration, with suppleness and depth in beautiful harmony.
