matsuyaginza.com has recently introduced a "Click & Collect" service, bridging our physical store with the digital sphere. This convenient service allows you to pre-order and reserve items online, which you can later pick up at our store (pickup counter open from 11 am to 8 pm). It enables you to shop conveniently from anywhere and at any time.
For overseas customers planning a trip to Japan, you can also pre-order items for tax-free purchase upon arrival. Simply select your desired items online from the comfort of your home, schedule a pickup date and time, and collect your purchases at our Pickup Counter on the 4th floor of Matsuya Ginza when you arrive in Japan.
With "Click & Collect," you can skip the queues and avoid shipping costs. We encourage you to take full advantage of this service and look forward to serving you at our Pickup Counter.
