Featuring a distinctive dial pattern inspired by wind-sculpted snow, the design evokes the snow blanketing the mountains of Shinshu. Known as “Snowflake” (Yukishiro), this dial finish has gained worldwide acclaim and is widely used for dial decoration. While preserving the delicate, washi paper-like texture unique to the Snowflake dial, this model introduces its first-ever coloration.

A box-shaped sapphire crystal, gently flowing lugs finished with meticulous Zaratsu polishing, and diamond-cut hour and minute hands with five facets come together to create a classic style befitting the deep blue dial.

Encased in a classically detailed exterior, this model is powered by Spring Drive, the third movement system that combines a mainspring-driven mechanism with quartz-level precision. It offers an approximate 72-hour (about 3-day) power reserve when fully wound, with the remaining power indicated on the dial.

The blued steel seconds hand stands out beautifully against the Snowflake blue dial, moving in a smooth sweeping motion unique to Spring Drive. The contrast of white and blue enhances the dramatic expression of its motion.
