Gourmarché Vin CHATEAU HAUT BRION BLANC 2021 750ml

Produced by Château Haut-Brion, one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious First Growth estates in the Médoc Classification, this exceptionally rare white wine is produced in very limited quantities from select vineyard parcels and crafted from 57% Sémillon and 43% Sauvignon Blanc, combining remarkable concentration and precision that have earned it recognition as one of the world’s finest dry white wines; although the 2021 vintage was affected by spring frosts, the estate’s favorable location protected many vineyard plots, and the cool, rainy growing season followed by mild weather from summer onward resulted in a beautifully balanced wine with both ripeness and freshness, revealing concentrated aromas of citrus fruits, mango, and pineapple, while the palate is generous yet refined, offering richness and breadth without heaviness as the vibrant character of Sauvignon Blanc harmonizes elegantly with the depth and finely structured texture of Sémillon, leading to a long, lingering finish that highlights its exceptional quality and balance.
