This pinnacle cuvée represents the house’s unwavering pursuit of excellence expressed through white wine. Produced from an extremely limited parcel of just 1.5 hectares, the grapes undergo three rigorous rounds of hand-harvesting selection. Only fruit treated like precious jewels is used, with traditional barrel fermentation combined with maturation in ceramic tanks, a method that has gained attention in recent years. The result is a bottle crafted with the precision of haute couture, free from compromise. The philosophy of a winemaker who constantly challenges conventions and strives for greater heights is embodied in this extraordinary wine.

From the glass emerge pure aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, and ripe apricot. Notes of vanilla and toasted bread, derived from lavish ageing in 80% new oak barrels, add remarkable depth and elegance to the bouquet. The palate is impressively rich and full-bodied. The creamy, silky texture created by sur lie ageing is beautifully balanced by precise acidity, achieving remarkable harmony.
