In addition to cooking rice, this versatile pot handles 8 different cooking methods in one. Its precision processing technique enables waterless cooking (excluding dried ingredients) that locks in the natural nutrients of ingredients. With both the lid and body cast in one piece, there are no loose parts, making it durable and long-lasting. Made of high-thermal-conductivity aluminum alloy, it is an energy-efficient pot designed for medium heat, low heat, and residual heat cooking without needing high flames. The secret to mastering it is preheating, which prevents ingredients from sticking to the pot.

Originating from the Hagama (traditional winged rice-cooking pot) that cooked shiny, delicious rice in hearth kitchens, the Musui-Nabe® was born in 1953. Developed to cook rice as delicious as a traditional Hagama, this thick-cast aluminum alloy pot has undergone continuous improvements for over 60 years. Durable and versatile enough to be passed down through three generations, HAL Musui continues to stay close to home cooks to enrich everyday dining tables.
