[Features] A prestige cuvée crafted by "Henri Goutorbe," a renowned house based in Aÿ in the Champagne region. Handpicked Premier Cru grapes are blended with reserve wines and aged for over 4 years. Citrus fruits aromas overlap with aged nuances of brioche, bread, and yeast, unfolding a complex and deep bouquet. A rich, thick, and full flavor tightened by fine bubbles and pleasant acidity—an elegant bottle combining rich body and aged maturity.

◆ Launois Père et Fils Blanc de Blancs Veuve Clémence Grand Cru
[Features] A Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs crafted by "Launois," founded in 1872 in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the sacred land of Chardonnay in Côte des Blancs. [Features] A limited cuvée from "Fallet-Dart," a prestigious house boasting history since 1610. Centered on Pinot Noir from its finest plot "La Grande Vigne," partially fermented in French oak and finished through an extended aging of over 72 months. Aromas of yellow flowers, grapefruit, fig, and apricot intertwine with complex aged nuances. Layers of rich flavor linger in a supple and refined finish—a rare and exceptional bottle.
